If you ask for a refund they give your money back right away-- I would say this is their business model, no resource to help customers, so just refund if customer cannot get it to work as advertised. All in all- a total waste of time which is worth more than the 49 euros to us. Its not true sadly Cons: Mail merge doesnt work in the dashboard campaigns. We got it to work using the google sheets direct chrome extension but for 49 euros a month it is a terrible product.
