It has been a very pleasant working experience with [sensitive content hidden] ; a Business Process Consultant, who is much more technical than she lets on. She has a good understanding of the technical side of the work and is also helps us be a medium to explain in technical terms our needs. [sensitive content hidden] the Customer Success Manager has never been further away than a phone text. Always readily available and always excited to show us the latest developments with FieldEx. Customer Support Team has also been pretty spot on, Within an hour or so creating a ticket, there is always someone on the other end of the line ready to assist us. Overall I'd say FieldEx really has helped Coffex Coffee to move forward and sharpening our edge the manufacturing industry. Their system that they employ has an extremely large amount of potential to bridge the gap between digitalization and efficient workflows. With speed the name of the game, FieldEx also does bring that to the table regardless if it was a simple inquiry answered, or a hotfix to a bug found the day itself. Their customizability of the portal that we use has been a great feature as some of our workflows are unique such as integration of ERPs or if we just needed a new feature to be added to our version of the portal.

No detail is too small for them to consider and implement along with their attention to detail is commendable. They are extremely quick to answer our calls for technical assistance and quick on the trigger for the fixes.
Cons:
More of a "extra mile" thing whereby the client relationship team could check up more on us to see if there were any personalized improvements/fixes/bugs that needed attention randomly or after a set interval of time.

I like FieldEx for it's consistency and ease of use in arranging jobs and tasks for repairs and servicing. The one thing that stands out a lot is how smooth and fast when any updates and changes are done to the settings.
Cons:
The program has still has a lot of features that is not available right now. For example. A more granular and customized settings for user accounts as well as arranging jobs. However, updates are constantly being done and they are open to feedback, which is very useful to have.
