OhDear sits perfectly in the middle and is a well-designed, fantastic monitoring system that's perfect for a lot of sites and apps. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, and for my firm there's still a place for expensive tools such as Datadog, but for the majority of use-cases OhDear is about perfect. Cons: Almost nothing, really. For large complex products we can't \*only\* use OhDear as we sometimes also need things like automated multi-step browser tests, but for 80% of what we do OhDear is excellent.
