Very easy to train new employees and makes operations run incredibly smooth. Cons: We have had one occasion where the WOS server has crashed but it has regained online status very quickly. Cons: Search function is very specific making it hard to find products sometimes. We also have run into a few bugs. One that still hasn’t been fixed which broke the search function on some ipads that downloaded an IOS update. The experience has been great so far, a few hiccups, but so far, pretty much every issue that we’ve brought to the team has been resolved. I work for a company that’s unlike any other company I’ve worked for, and WOS has made it work for us in a way that no other company would be able to. Cons: Certain limitations. Not being a live system presents certain issues when running reports and setting min/max numbers that don’t automatically trigger reports, but rather have to be printed out after a report has been run.
