The ease of use and customer support made it value for money! They can get picking and packing within just a few minutes! The WOS team is incredibly helpful with answering questions or offering solutions. #### Cons The new app rollout has been slow and confusing at times. We would use the new app if it was ready. We also have run into a few bugs. Not being a live system presents certain issues when running reports and setting min/max numbers that don’t automatically trigger reports, but rather have to be printed out after a report has been run. I would like to be able to update inventory on the browser instead of all ways on the iPad. Super great experience. I have used many warehouse management systems in my 10 years of warehouse work, and this is by far the most simple to use. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The simplicity of the app. Having your entire warehouse be on a simple app makes picking, stocking and inventory management super easy #### Cons Still has a few bugs, but I know the team is fixing it to be a lot better.
