Every candidate undertaking an assessment also receives automated feedback via the platform, enhancing their overall experience regardless of the outcome. Cons: The improvement wishlist is focused on small tweaks that would streamline the process further: - To have the EQ assessment available when sending invitations from within a role. - To have the ability to toggle off the Learning Environment requirements (showing the actual Aptitude score on the dashboard). - Check-boxes or dropdown lists to enable on-the-fly toggling of characteristics on the dashboard. Reasons for choosing Thomas The switch was made from the Matrigma (JvR) - not in the initial list. The alternatives considered are not in the list - Odyssey (Evalex), Adapt-G (Psytech) and a few others. Thomas Assess was selected because: It offers managed (fixed) costs (the subscription model with unlimited assessments).
