The software has safeguards built in so the data stays accurate. It also great to finally have a tracking system that tracks tolerances properly. One concern I had was transitioning from Veryon. The interface is extremely easy to use and was very easy to learn for all of our users. The enrollment was so much smoother than our transition to Veryon. We actually had to use our old Camp data for enrollment because Veryon messed up our data so much. The dedicated analyst support is hands down better than the programs we have used. The analysts actually know the aircraft and are very responsive. Six years in, the best compliment I can give Traxxall is that it quietly disappears into our day—stable, accurate, and predictable. Audits are orderly, record pulls are clean, and when we move an aircraft off CAMP (or any other tracker) the handoff is easy: their integration team pulls the history, reconciles back-to-birth, flags gaps, works with shops/OEMs, and we review; they load; we go live with clean forecasts. That’s why the old “it has to be in CAMP” line doesn’t carry weight for us—what matters is accuracy, support, and real-time compliance, and on those fronts Traxxall has been the better fit. When we need a human, Tier-1 tech support solves issues during our business hours. The net result is fewer last-minute scrambles, smoother planning cycles, and a calmer operation. So if you are a helicopter company and you want to track a Main Rotor Hub Assembly, look else where, trust me. -Staff is not knowledgeable, They way over sell their Aviation Knowledge. It's built-in automation features saved our operations a lot of time. From my perspective, the best features are: - Customizable screens & reports; - Automation of previously manual tasks to save time and improves data accuracy; - Cloud-based plus Android and iOS apps.
