Gallup Access - Key to Assessing team and individual strengths

Overall, Great Experience, once you understand how to use and navigate the platform, with clifton tool being most helpful for Personal growth and access to AI powered Action plans

Pros:

Gallup is an excellent tool to evaluate you and your team's strengths and give insights into how to work together as we all bring our strengths to the table. The Clifton Strengths Report is very helpful to individuals and to the team, plus Gallup's trainers and support team is trained to answer any questions.

Cons:

It's a bit hard to grasp initially as it's maybe too much information and it's not clear what to do with that information, and grasp the terminology. It required some time to understand how to use these strenghts to your teams advantage

Gallup provided a huge resource for engagement and aiding associates and peers to understand their own unique qualities.

Cons:

The only con that I could have with Gallup is that it is not offered to more companies, there should be a larger media for this program.

Gallop Access is an effective tool for collecting employee feedback.

My company has been using Gallop Access for a couple of years as a tool for management to collect employee feedback, the reports produced by GA propagate up the management chain as appropriate.

Cons:

No free trial option exists. Sometimes the surveys are overly verbose and redundant

Pros:

My favorite thing about the gallup survey is that your responses are anonymous, So you can speak how you feel honestly without feeling like you have to risk somebody retaliating at you.

Cons:

My least favorite thing about the gallup access, is they aren't peer reviewed, I feel like we should know where our coworkers stand or feel as well.

Gallup does it again - 10/10!

I have loved Gallup products for a long time, for both business and personal development, so when i saw they had an app I opted in quickly. I use to carry around my strengths reports in a file in my email and would reference them when i'd start a new project or meet a new team or apply for a new opportunity. It's so great to have the learning modules geared towards my strengths and opportunities right at my finger tips. I am incentivized to use this app everyday as a result!

Gallup-Access : I Recommend

My overall experience with Gallup Access was fairly good. While I found certain features, like the CliftonStrengths assessment, very useful, some other aspects felt less impactful. It provided value, but I think the experience could be more engaging and tailored in parts. Perhaps an option of customisation can be introduced as some companies wish to match the surveys with the business values.

I found the CliftonStrengths assessment to be the most valuable feature. It provided everyone in the organisation with a clear understanding of their strengths and how they align with colleagues and stakeholders. Knowing someone’s Top 5 strengths makes it easier to tailor strategies around them, leading to stronger communication and better overall outcomes. It also helped employees/users to grow in areas they naturally excel.

Cons:

Perhaps the cost would be an issue for small businesses (0-200) along with the complexity of the platform requires proper training for the management.

We find that Gallup is very easy to navigate and user friendly. We love the date that it provides, helping us to improve and enhance the work environment.

Cons:
