No incentive was offered Overall my experience with Oomnitza has been positive. They have pretty good support, account managers that can really help you and the technology is improving. It is very customizable for almost any business need but does need more resources to support it and keep the data clean even with the automation. The cost will be a big deterrent for many as Oomnitza won't even talk to you if you are below a certain device count. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The biggest pro Oomnitza has is it's extensive integration list. Most of the most common MDM and software titles have integrations to bring in asset inventory and software inventory. Their API workflows is powerful in bringing automation at scale. #### Cons The biggest con is the UI and cost. The UI still feels dated even though they've been through many revisions over the years.
