During call/meeting with the customer I can easy fill up notes and plan next step/contact with client (setting type of contact phone/offer/email/ adding some comments). My work day I start with Livespace and on the very beggining I have detailed plan what to do and what was agreed with customer. My clients are impresed that "I remember"everything was agreed in past phone call/meeting #### Cons It is time-consuming to type in system new customer/new contact person.
