Wir erhöhen dadurch die Kundenbindung. Durch die Skalierbarkeit haben wir auch bei großen Userzahlen weder mehr Arbeit noch höhere Kosten. Das Problem aller Teilnehmer auch nach den besten Schulungs- oder Motivationsveranstaltungen ist die Aufrechterhaltung der Energie im Tagesgeschäft. Mit Goalify kann ich genau dieses Problem adressieren. Ich bereite tägliche Wiederholungen vor, die der Teilnehmer nach der Veranstaltung für eine bestimmte Zeit (ich nehme normalerweise drei Wochen) auf sein Handy bekommt. Mein Team kombiniert die Texte, Links, Videos, Bilder und wir müssen uns um die Technik nicht kümmern. Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Inhalte und damit auf unsere spezifischen Stärken. #### Cons Die Schwierigkeit lag am Anfang darin, den neuen Ansatz von Goalify zu verstehen. Weg von umfangreichen Berichten (die niemand mehr gerne liest) und hin zu Info-Bits, zu kurzen Texten, so wie die Kunden es von ihren social media Kanälen gewohnt sind. Das Einbetten von Videos, special Effekts und Links (zB Spottify) macht die einzelnen Aufgaben abwechslungsreich und motiviert dranzubleiben, weil die Teilnehmer*innen neugierig sind, was als nächstes kommt.
