"Unfortunately, Aesthetic Record often became an obstacle rather than a helper for our team. Because the platform charges “per user,” it automatically logs each account out after brief inactivity; on our shared iPads, that meant front-office and clinical staff were re-entering passwords about twice an hour—usually in front of a waiting patient."

"Unfortunately the level of complexity and all the additional fees for using things like other providers and card processing make the low monthly fee not even real."
