No incentive was offered Wij zijn een gespecialiseerde webshop en winkel en botsten met onze losse systemen (webshop, kassa, boekhoudpakket) letterlijk tegen een muur naarmate we groeiden. Met Tilroy hebben we één platform waarin alles samenkomt: één voorraad, één klantenfiche, automatische facturatie. De opzet vraagt in het begin wat denkwerk maar eens dat juist staat, loopt het vanzelf. Voor een groeiende webshop met een fysieke winkel zou ik het zeker aanraden: je hebt meteen een platform dat future proof is. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Het grootste voordeel van Tilroy is de volledige integratie van onze fysieke winkel, webshop, voorraad en boekhouding tot één efficiënt geheel. Waar we vroeger elk online order manueel moesten overtypen in het kassasysteem, loopt nu alles automatisch door — inclusief de afpunting van betalingen. Met slechts twee personen verwerken we moeiteloos een groot aantal Europese orders per maand. Na een eenmalige configuratie wordt ook de complexe btw-behandeling (zoals lokale tarieven en vrijgestelde IC-leveringen aan bedrijven) automatisch correct toegepast. Daarnaast leveren de mobiele scanners voor goederenontvangst en stocktellingen een aanzienlijke tijdswinst op. #### Cons Qua templates voelt het platform iets minder flexibel aan dan sommige alternatieven op de markt. No incentive was offered Wij runnen onze woonwinkel met z'n tweeën, en Tilroy maakt dat mogelijk. We kwamen van een verouderd systeem en wisten daardoor heel goed wat we nodig hadden. Tilroy gaf op al onze vragen een duidelijk antwoord. Het kassa- en voorraadsysteem is sterk, de webshop is volledig geïntegreerd, de facturatie loopt vlot vanuit de kassa en de boekhouding klopt. Iedere dag zijn we nog blij met onze keuze. Een echte aanrader, zeker voor zelfstandige retailers die online en offline naadloos willen laten samenwerken. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Het grootste voordeel is dat online en offline perfect samenvloeien. We maken een product één keer aan en het staat meteen goed in de kassa én de webshop, met één voorraad en één prijs. Ook de rapportering is enorm sterk: waar we vroeger dagen moesten wachten op cijfers, is dat nu een kwestie van één klik. Onze boekhouding is er heel blij mee, want alles klopt tot op de cent, tot de lijst van de cadeaubonnen toe. En als kleine ondernemers waarderen we enorm dat de support snel bereikbaar is en dat Tilroy een Belgische partner is waar je in je eigen taal terechtkunt. #### Cons Grote nadelen hebben we niet, maar er zijn een paar kleine werkpunten. We hebben ook het gevoel dat we nog niet alle mogelijkheden van het systeem benutten; wat extra opleiding of tips zou ons daarbij helpen. --- ### Tilroy onze rechterhand voor onze self-checkout.
