One of the Best Productivity and Task Management - Project Management Apps

110% – it gives you happiness and more than the primary satisfaction. Overall, if you are seeing yourself on some higher stages, then this app would surely trigger that progress in a much faster and efficient way. Just try it out!

Pros:

Upon using this app, I could successfully achieve 1 major responsibility in our institution. The Collaboration feature and Workspace are wonderful. I strongly recommended this app to everyone in my contacts. Reminders, Task-Tagging do pretty nice jobs there!

Cons:

I think, the location-based reminders should be included in future versions and the number of pre-reminder alerts should be increased.

Reasons for switching to Taskade

To get Collaborative Features, and more commanding options and plus these are 100% free features in this app. In addition, the developer is super responsive and genuine.

Simple system, easy to organize your content and keep track of what is and isn't done

Cons:

As you upload more documents to tasks, it gets progressively slower, and can be really difficult to move tasks between sections. Also, you'll sometimes need to refresh the page as some newly created tasks won't update with attached files and who it's assigned to.

Taskade provides a central hub to capture/share information and tasks. It works well for individuals, families, businesses and nonprofits. The price is excellent for the capabilities.

Cons:

There isn't an easy way to arrange a 1:1 meeting for support and the online help isn't enough.

Notion seems better for creating shared documents. For tasks and projects, Taskade seems better.

Reasons for switching to Taskade

Asana wasn't "pleasant" to use and was more limited in its capabilities. Google Keep was too limited for information capture.

I like the deal and amount of features I received.

Cons:

My only gripe is that the gpt 4 has weird defaults that tend to only give high pevel overviews or summaries and snippets. Whenever I try and get something useful and tangible it fights with me or refuses. This is a major issue. Taskade is an idea I had years ago now made manifest. Where the philosopher(user) meets engineer(ai). But if it cant do or perform as I need ultimately its only useful for surface level creativity or tasks whixh saddens me terrible. Unlock the gpt 4 on your platform. Stop limiting responses to surface level fluff. Let users really benefit and this platform will soar in the clouds.

I am freelancer so Taskade is awesome one stop shop for me! For project and client management, with full integration with my calendars and AI tools. Great software which I use daily!

Cons:

The first impression was - well, it looks like a little bit complicated. However after initial setup it's self-play tool.

Colorful diary or to do list

I tried it cause i want to know if it is worthy, and altough is quite easygoing and ease to use, and you have a lot of colors and emojis, I feel that is not catching my attention on my task day... I prefer other softwares, It has not "get" me on the point to use it daily, and that is a pity. Maybe you have better addiction to it. :)

Colorfull, cheerfull, you have a white sheet to write your task and memories, add icons, emojis and use it with chrome. Add different tabs and make a little mess at your desktop.

Cons:

I do not like that if you add the chrome pluggin all the time you open a new window you get your list... there are sometimes when you prefer not to see it!!

Reasons for switching to Taskade

I always want to have a lot of different tools to know which one i use more and i love more to use... and this is not one of my favorites but is ok for students.

Taskade is not exactly, Trello!

There! I said it. Taskade is not exactly Trello and in that I mean Taskade is definitely neater and more than Trello in a way. Taskade has its own style of solving our project management workflow problems. When I first got into Taskade, I admit, it was kind of confusing. But with some tinkering around, it was all a cake walk. Their pricing is spot on - not expensive, at just $5 per month, per member for their Unlimited plan at the time of writing this review. Not to forget their free plan comes with unlimited tasks and projects too! Also, their different views are a feast to the eyes! I love their mindmap and Org chart views. Lastly, don't miss their huge list of Templates. There is a template for every kind of work situation.

Cons:

Taskade sometimes feels clunky but that could be just me. Their hierarchical structure too could seem confusing at times but with regular usage you may overcome that. It's just my pet peeve.

Pros:

The most impactful tools or features for this software is the task tagging as it allows me to tagging my team mates for the task that belong to them, which is very critical for the collaborating process. All the task objective has its own template and making it easier to construct the project.

Cons:

Some of the project methodologies is not available here, like the Gantt chart or the waterfall method. It is still usable as a task or project manager, but managing more complex project is not very reliable with this software because of the restriction.

Taskade is multi-platform task management system. It supports all major platforms. Windows , MacOs, iOs, Android. It allows tasks to be viewed in List, Kanban, Mindmap and Organization Chart form. Ready-made templates are available in various categories making it easier to replicate templates and start fresh with new projects. Allows chat, to share files with team members. Support dark mode.

Cons:

As of now taskade doesn't allow to create recurring tasks/task dependencies. It also doesn't have zapier integration and other automation integration as of now.
