When I first got into Taskade, I admit, it was kind of confusing. But with some tinkering around, it was all a cake walk. Their pricing is spot on - not expensive, at just $5 per month, per member for their Unlimited plan at the time of writing this review. Not to forget their free plan comes with unlimited tasks and projects too! Also, their different views are a feast to the eyes! I love their mindmap and Org chart views. Lastly, don't miss their huge list of Templates. There is a template for every kind of work situation. Cons: Taskade sometimes feels clunky but that could be just me. Taskade is perfect for such formatting requirements. It improves my speed of work as I can read among the list of tasks faster if the important text pops out. For my social media marketing work, I liked their Content Strategy Checklist vey much. There are many small tasks listed well where it is easy to time myself with the timer feature at the right of each task and not get lost in social media. I prefer to work in Dark mode and Taskade UI looks the best in dark theme. Overall very impressed with its speed of customisation and formatting options. Cons: I don’t like that to mention people in tasks when I use @ the usernames show up and it becomes confusing. If the mentions option is by Name then it would be easy to recognise and not mistakenly tag/mention someone else due to username confusion.
