It is even possible to do some tasks with other free software, which I have come to see, but with PDF-XChange is much faster and practical. It really is software I recommend. I still use it to measure 1 pagers but there are better software programs out there for larger, more complex jobs for sure. Coming from using a digitizer or the measuring pen, it made a significant difference in gathering and storing takeoff information.
