The support and implementation team is really one of the best we have ever worked with. Improvements of Grip really improve the user experience. Compared to other conference apps Grip is not only a virtual event platform it also outperforms at the most difficult part of virtual/hybrid events: networking. Cons: Missing Gamification features are missing and the integrated engagement (polls, Q&A) is not yet mature. Reasons for choosing Grip Best overall feature set, good value for money. Reasons for switching to Grip Attendify put a lot of development focus on attendee registration features which is not their core business and hence lacks some critical features. Moreover, they are missing critical networking features (i.e. matchmaking and meeting functionality). vFairs uses a computer game like UI which is not good as it leads to more clicks per action on the user end. We have a dedicated team of support people with whom we have weekly meetings where we discuss upcoming events, new features and any bugs that we have found.
