The customer support was superb, very attentive, on pint, quick reply, willing to solve the challenges. Overall, it does the work and helped my business to operate smoothly for the last 6 months. I also appreciate a clean interface, so I can embed it on my website and do not compromise much of my esthetic. Cons: I wish the system would give a little more flexibility to the reservation time, allow people to see and reserve the time period less the regular setup. I also wish it would be a little more functional for payments options, as of now discount, event, and so on are pretty much the same thing, with different signs only.
