Great system with excellent support

App works well for tracking of clock in of operatives on our constructions sites, we use the briefings feature and inductions. Reporting is fantastic compared to other options on the market. Support is Fantastic, questions are answered very quickly. I have spoken with [sensitive content hidden] on numerous occasions and they are very happy to take on board feedback and usually come up with a neat solution.

Pros:

Cons:

Nothing really to note, we have used it for years and it works well. We do have some new features that would be useful to us but we know that Fareclock are open to new ideas for their system.

Very Convenient

Hassle free & convenient , it is easy to use, available in offline too. You can easily monitor the clock in /out.

Cons:

When we encounter sometimes the delays in out time-in and time -out maybe because of our phone storage?

Employee attendance and GPS location of the users. It provides the accuracy of the time punch and location of the user.

Cons:

The areas to improve on this app, I think it should be added some portion for the Time in and out when the user punch.

Its effective and easy to use. I like how as a department we always go to fareclock for any changes and or submissions about our employees.

Cons:

It can be sensitive to changes, it's fast and sometimes a click leads to various changes. For example, one click on somebody's profile and while it loads you click on that same profile but the click goes to what was going to load after.

Great Time Tracking Application

Great Application, easy to navigate, easy to use time tracking specially clock in and out, daily time report etc.

Time Tracking, Clock in and out, easy to use, great application to be use for employee attendance tracking with easy navigation GUI.

Cons:

Extracting or exporting pdf report has error " Can't read properties of undefined", must be good feature if no error for easy extrating report

Near Perfection and Reliable

Fareclock has been one of the most reliable tools I have ever used in Payroll/HR. What ever you need, it will get done. Simple design but powerful outcomes.

Ease of use and their customer service is amazing. It already has everything you need but if there is anything that you need added, customer service will get it done ASAP!

Cons:

Nothing. It has been a very reliable tool in Payroll/HR. Very well maintained, easy to use, and will get you the results you need.

Helpful Timecard option for mobile or multilocation businesses

Fareclock has been a very good tool for us to use to track employee's time and location for payroll but also for planning needs. The price is reasonable if you are looking to have a mobile timecard option.

Pros:

Our company likes that we can use a mobile app for our employees to clock in and out at our various locations but be able to use a geo fence to make sure they are at an official location.

Cons:

I would like to see more on the app for the administrator to have access too. Such as approval of PTO or days off. As the administrator I don't always have access to my computer when days need to be approved.

FareClock is great

The set up of employees is easy and fast. Actions are real-time, there is no wait to update. Export files to payroll is very simple. Reports are 100% user friendly for auditing.

User friendly for the employee and manager. Easy for maintaining company structure. Receiving reports for auditing are simple and exact information

Cons:

The PTO assignments could be easier. It is hard to revert an action once it is approved. There may be no errors

Fareclock Rocks

The overall experience with Fareclock is great. Of all of the different system out their I like Fareclock the best. Very affordable, can increase or decrease users as needed and very easy to use.

Great value for money. Very ease and friendly to use. Love you can add or decrease user as needed.

Cons:

Sometimes it takes a little while to get a response and things are time sensitive but other than that the service is great.
