The content is very clear and detailed. Top-notch customer service. With it, you can view the time worked by each employee in near real-time, as well as their accumulated weekly and monthly hours. #### Cons Sometimes they have many open columns that aren't necessary. The geofence option sometimes fails to synchronize with the set location. #### Reasons for switching to Fareclock Change for a different Employer after 8 years with the previus one #### Vendor response Hi Raynel, Thank you for your kind and generous feedback! If you're referring to the Reports section and the "open columns that aren't necessary," you can customize which columns are displayed in your reports. This allows you to view only the data that's relevant and useful to you. Regarding the geofence synchronization, if you are indoors, GPS accuracy may be affected because building materials block or weaken the satellite signals which causes the device to not synchronize precisely with the configured geofence location. In this case, to improve reliability, we recommend increasing the geofence radius to provide a wider detection area, especially when the device is used indoors or in areas with limited GPS signal.
