There are a lot of features that make an easy order flow daily. TWMS is able to let both warehouse employees and remote users work together, which is essential to our business. The layout for selecting orders to ship, whether bulk batching or single orders, is easy to use and made communicating with the warehouse simple. Cons: Reorganizing batches if orders were removed. Since the batches are not created in real time, it took some effort to regroup especially after bulk batching several orders. Reasons for switching to TWMS (Tejas Warehouse Management System) We used Salesforce OMS Mainstreet but I didn't see it in the dropdown. The platform was being discontinued and Tejas was recommended. They also can develop anything that is required for a specific need.
