I wasn't able to find another low-cost website like it online that actually promotes team and individualized health and growth. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 2/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I love the fact that WebMD One tracks health services, shows previous assessments, and also can port over my statistics from healthcare providers in order to pre-populate the many questionnaires on the site. #### Cons I don't like that the site has its own mailbox. There's a messaging tool that can be used to ping/talk with other members of a health team, but the messages can only be read after logging into the site, not through an email client. #### Vendor response Thanks for the great insights and all the honest feedback! The functionality of the internal messaging tool is required for HIPAA and security compliance. We are not legally permitted to send these types of messages to any ESP, because they may contain sensitive health information.
