In addition we have iPads that controls the room automation (lights, screens, etc.) We needed a solution that enabled us to use the same iPads to show the room availability. This is especially handy for meetings that popup at the last moment, and our users were not able to book the room ahead of the meeting. We can configure everything that we find important, especially removing privacy related information so it does not show on the display. Once configured, we have zero issues with it and our users use it without any training or instructions. The product is that simple. Cons: We did not find anything that we did not like about this product. Reasons for switching to Dash The old product read meeting room availability from a text/HTML file, that we had to extract using proprietary code.
