The only reason to look for alternatives is that now we have other needs that their software is not built for, like network features. Sometimes we needed to approve, decline, or edit some affiliates or conversions and it was not possible, we needed their team to do it for us, and even with the fact that they are responsive, we missed this option to do it from our side. The support has been amazing. Our product is a bit unique in that people are constantly switching plans and purchasing one off items so we needed a way to calculate commissions differently. They were able to get a new reward payout option integrated in a few days which made a big difference. The good news is that they have an API so if they hadn't been able to do that for us then we likely could have figured it out with their API.
