The response time on support has been a little tough - i think this could be due to time differences... having 24 hour support would be very helpful. This is something I could see us being willing to pay a monthly subscription for. The color counter makes this possible and has not been found with other softwares. #### Cons We really need the ability to be able to offer product upgrades (independent of the customization) with qty breaks. Ie polybagging, rush production, etc . There is not a way to currently add this. A simple radio select that adds a $ amount per qty with a selected service would be very helpful. The product catalog is very bulky. We would need the ability to have subcategories, filter based on color or garment type, etc. Also the base price being forward facing is inconvenient as we do not want our customers knowing the cost before printing. #### Reasons for switching to ImprintNext Inkybay had limitations on color counting and looked like it was from the 90s. #### Vendor response Thank you for your feedback on using Imprintnext. All the others were affordable but could not do what ImprintNext can do. The sticker option is great, and I recommend the Supplier Catalogue Integration. This has saved me a huge amout of time and is worth the money!! Speaking again on the Supplier Catalogue Integration add on. Normally it would take me hours to add products with all the variation images. But, with this add on all the images, variations, sizes, descriptions and prices are imported in no time. Also, the software is on your server. #### Cons I had an issue with updating the plugin, but I contacted support and they did it for me fast! #### Reasons for switching to ImprintNext Sometimes you have to spend money to make money. Between the bugs and the lack of communication, I wouldn’t trust them again. Just sharing my personal experience for anyone considering the software. #### Cons My overall experience with ImprintNext has been deeply disappointing. The software itself was very buggy and caused multiple disruptions. When my system was compromised, their team initially denied any connection. Only after I presented my findings did they acknowledge issues and commit to updates. However, once the update and implementation process started, communication abruptly stopped. Emails went unanswered and the support I expected during a critical moment completely disappeared. No incentive was offered After 8+ months of working with them and nearly 100+ support tickets, I still don't have usable software. Support made bug fixes a priority for only the first few months and is non-existent now. They have completely stopped responding and if they do its something to the effect we will upgrade your site and get back to you with a timeline.That never seems to happen. It's frustrating to pay $4000 for software that, at best would be considered a nonfunctional beta and at worst is designed to be visually appealing for the sake of making the sale and running with your money as they promise to fix all the issues until your refund window runs out. But the functionality required to make it work the way they advertise/demo it just doesn't exist or is so buggy it's not usable for a production site.At this point, I fear we have been the victims of a scam as the company falsely advertises the available functionality and tries really hard to make you think they have some kind of presence in the US when in fact they operate entirely out of India.As a software developer and architect of nearly 30yrs, I have worked with many offshore teams. This is by far the worst. I have provided them with countless hours of testing and information on how to reproduce the many issues that plague this poorly written software.Anyone considering purchasing this software, please reach out to us at Black Cat Labels. We chose this because we were told that Imprintnext would get coming features for production management and sales and marketing ready in month and this was year ago. Than one month, two months, three months and half year went and those were not ready. Promises after promises. We needed many customizations and we trusted the company so we started project and paid in advance per milestones. We were shown how project was going but we didn´t see concrete progress and when deadline came we had very big problems. Our site got hacked. It happened little right after they made some installations. It was right in our high season and our live site was not working for one week. So we lost lot of sales also and workhours. Our own developer said that there is big security issues and bugs in their software. We hired security expert and made report for them and all what they answered was that this kind of things has never happened with other customers so it is not their fault. But I haven´t ever had this kind of problems either. After nine months we didn't get this ready and working. Last months we didn't get enough help and answers. I feel that they might not have own developers because they didn't want our developer to talk straight to their developer. It went so difficult that we needed to cancel project and ask refund. After cancelation I have tried to get contact but I get NO answers.
