So far, my experience has been very positive. As a new studio owner, pricing was a major factor for me, and Vibefam stood out because it felt affordable while still offering the features I needed. The free lead-up period before launch also gave me more time and flexibility to get set up without added pressure. What really made the difference for me, though, was the support. From the beginning, the team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I’ve had questions, and that made onboarding feel much more personal and reassuring. I’ve also found the platform itself to be very user-friendly and straightforward. The app looks polished, I like that the thumbnail can be customized, and the setup flow inside the configure page makes it easy to move step by step and make sure nothing gets missed. I’m using Squarespace for my website, and integrating Vibefam’s widgets there has been simple, which made the overall setup process much smoother. Overall, Vibefam has felt like a strong fit for a small business that wants good support, clear setup, and a platform that feels easy to work with. #### Cons So far, Vibefam has been a solid studio management software partner, and most of my feedback is more about areas where the platform could become even stronger as it continues to grow. Everything from schedules and bookings to attendance and member feedback is in one place and easy to access, even while I'm on the go. It's nice to receive feedback after classes, whether it's something positive or something I can improve on as an instructor. The platform was easy to learn even when I first started using it. The interface is clean and the support team has always been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed help or requested a feature. #### Cons There was an overlap booking issue that occured. Interface is user-friendly and intuitive the whole way through and the support team has genuinely been great whenever we've needed them. It’s nice being able to manage everything from one platform instead of switching between different systems and also the data reports are quite convenient for me to analyse the scheduling and popular timings. There are plenty of features that genuinely help with day-to-day operations, from instructor payroll to member engagement tools like achievements. In the beginning I do need to guide the members on that, but along the way they’re able to use it already. We simply create the class, assign the instructor, and we're ready to go. The onboarding was smooth and our team got comfortable with it pretty quickly. One thing I really like is that Vibefam supports more than just regular classes as a revenue stream. We also run events and free community runs, and members can register for those through the same platform. Whenever we've wanted something customized, the team has been open to discussing what's possible. I also appreciate that Vibefam keeps introducing new features. The member review feature is another nice touch but maybe only relevant after attending first class. Payments have been smooth too. Since Stripe supports local payment methods like PayNow and GrabPay, it's convenient for our members to make purchases without any hassle. #### Cons Like any software, there can be the occasional bug, but the support team has been responsive. Smaller issues are usually resolved quickly and if something requires more development work, they communicate the timeline clearly. One thing I have a slight issue was the cancellation of recurring membership, which need manual intervention when customers has fully utilised their membership credits and needed to cancel due to personal reasons. With vibefam, I don’t have to worry about that because they’ve been very responsive and supportive. When we requested a feature for our studio, the team was quick to listen, engage, and provide assistance throughout the process. We think that their willingness to continuously improve the product gives us confidence that we’re working with a partner who genuinely cares about your success. Second, the product is intuitive and easy to use for our team members who have limited technical experience. Additionally, I’d like to personally compliment their AI website builder feature which was very useful and innovative. We were able to get our website up and running quickly within one hour. Since there’s an important event coming, we really appreciate the efficient process. Lastly, the reporting features also provide us with useful insights that could be used to evaluate and grow our business, such as member activity, inbound class bookings, etc. #### Cons We did experience some seasonal technical glitches and had some onboarding related questions in the beginning, but as I’ve mentioned previously, the team quickly handled the matter and assured us.
