Vibefam checked those boxes. It wasn't overloaded with features I didn't need and the onboarding process was straightforward. The team was very responsive during setup, which made launching the gym much less stressful. Overall, it's been a reliable system that's grown with us. Members no longer need to message us to check class availability or ask how to purchase a membership. They can browse the schedule, book classes, and buy packages on their own, which has greatly reduced our administrative workload. We can also see where our bookings are coming from through the lead management system, whether it's ClassPass, WhatsApp, or other channels, giving us better visibility into how members find us. Since we offer both adult and kids' classes, the family account feature has been especially helpful. Parents can easily manage bookings for their children without having to create separate accounts for each child, making the experience much more convenient. We've also had a great experience with the integrated payment options. Through Stripe, our members can pay using familiar local payment methods such as PayNow and GrabPay. We also use VibePay, which allows us to accept payments directly from our phone, making in-person transactions quick and hassle-free. The ClassPass integration has also worked seamlessly alongside our direct bookings, so we don't have to juggle multiple systems or worry about syncing schedules. On top of that, having our own branded app available on both the App Store and Google Play gives our gym a much more professional presence while making it easier for members to manage their bookings. Another feature we really appreciate is the member review system. It allows members to leave feedback after attending a class, giving us valuable insights into their experience and helping us continuously improve our services. Cons: We've come across a few minor bugs from time to time, which is fairly normal with any software. One area that could be improved is the chatbot. It's useful for answering common questions, but there are times when it isn't able to provide the information we're looking for. It would be great if conversations could automatically be handed over to a human support agent whenever the chatbot can't resolve an issue. Everything from schedules and bookings to attendance and member feedback is in one place and easy to access, even while I'm on the go. Members are also notified with the automated marketing feature on the dashboard so no need for additional help from me in case class got cancelled, but it would be great if there’s an addition feature expansion to WhatsApp. It lets me focus more on teaching instead of worrying about administrative tasks, and it's reassuring to know the support team is always there if we need them. We  decided to migrate from a local system that charges us incredibly high that still requires manual processes. Vibefam provides everything we need to manage our studios effectively in one platform at an affordable rate. We cut the software cost by more than half of what it used to be. Additionally, we have a custom branded-app which helps our members with a more seamless booking experience and at the same time strengthens our brand presence.  Another thing that I really appreciate is the clean dashboard showing important information into studio performance, metrics, scheduling, and booking for our admin to operate.  Another highlight is the advanced payroll function that really simplifies our admin work and supports us to become a good workplace for our instructors. Cons: It’s been a positive experience for us to engage with Vibefam, so no complaints so far. But maybe one issue we encountered most recently is on the payment page issue, as it doesn’t allow overseas credit cards to be used. However I understand that it’s an external constraint coming from the nation or local regulation instead of from the vibefam side and the team has promptly kept us updated and try to solve this matter. Instructor payroll is a good example, it's tracked clearly enough that I'm not reconciling hours by hand at the end of the month and no need to make a manual announcement. We could also adjust the access rights for different roles in the studio. Recurring packages have been useful for members who come in regularly, since it's set up once and just keeps running. A newer favourite feature is the automation that creates an IG Story version of our class schedule in the right format, which makes it much easier to share updates with our students. Our studio also has its own branded app on iOS and Android, which has made booking a lot easier for members across our locations. The review feature is also really great because we can hear what our students say about our class. Cons: Nothing major has come up for me so far. Overall, the platform works well for us, and the team has been quick to respond whenever we have questions. I do have some suggestions that could make the platform even better, like showing a monthly total of completed classes for instructors and making it easier to view all classes scheduled on a busy day.
