There is always a friendly person on hand in the odd case of any queries, tweaks to the system have also been acted upon to satisfy some reporting needs.I wholeheartedly recommend the system to anyone operating a busy club. There are sometimes things that can't be done as the system doesn't have the functionality, for explain, to notify admin by email if a session is cancelled. We're having to work manually with a downloaded register on the day because our Internet is so poor so we cold really do with this function to alert us. Also all children's details are online not in paper files. Cons: The option when booking to put in a start date for the monthly payments would be good. When my parents book in July for September, for the full school year, I don't want the payments to start until September so this has to be manually changed on every booking. Also the option to pay via Childcare voucher or other means monthly isn't very clear when booking. The downside is that if you have poor internet onsite it can't be used properly. Also the sorting of the registers, class 10 goes at the top because it starts with a 1. This means that registers have to be manually changed when downloaded.
