If you're not a professional they can really help you. Cons: While customer support is really helpful, they usually suggest the most expensive solution. Upselling and increasing your monthly spending happen every single time. My customer was spending 500$ for a basic WP website with a limited number of daily users, less than 10 concurrent users, and HostPapa was still trying to sell him a more expensive package.
