Cons: Cloud base software is great but it takes some time to jump thru the hoop with your IT department at the time of setup. After it is done, it works perfectly as long as your IT team doesn't change much in your IT system. I was amazed how quickly they were able to add the “will call/ready rx” report to themain screen, which also allows me to return to stock rxs not being picked up.From the very start , they made my transition from my previous software easy and they initiatedall the necessary setups (PMP reporting, APPRISS, etc.) as part of the transition.
