The search occasionally misses SKUs even when the relevant keywords are included in the product title, which can affect accuracy.

Searchanise is a fast, reliable, and cost-effective product that delivers excellent results every time. The platform is easy to integrate, intuitive to use, and consistently improves the search experience for customers. What sets it apart is not only its performance but also the exceptional level of support provided. The support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Cons:

Sometimes things may break, although this happens very rarely. Like with any software, occasional glitches or unexpected behavior can occur, but what makes the difference with Searchanise is how quickly and effectively the support team responds. The moment an issue arises, their team steps in immediately, investigates the cause, and provides a solution without delay. They never make the process complicated, and they don’t leave you waiting or guessing. Instead, you feel supported and confident that the problem will be resolved. Overall, any minor hiccups are handled so well that they hardly feel like true “cons.” Sometimes things may break, (rarely), but the support team fixes it ASAP, no questions asked

Searchanise is the most superior search and filtering app on the market if you have a Shopify store! It is easy to set up and use, the customer support is TOP NOTCH, the value you get for the monthly investment is excellent, and I honestly can't imagine running my store without it!!

Pros:

The plugin works out the box with very little required to set up, although it does have a lot of intricate settings and functions too if you want to really get stuck in and customise how it works for your website. Within minutes our search bar was transformed into a detailed search feature with product and category suggestions, similar products, even picking up on potential spelling errors. From the moment this was installed, our customers were searching in more more detailed ways and able to find whole categories or product types without clicking through the menu or hoping for the best. The default Woocommerce search function is not great so a plugin feels quite imperative. To date, Searchanise has been the best all-in-one and we don't plan to stop using it any time soon! From the analytics it provides, you can also see what people are typing in search which helps a lot with keyword analysis.

Cons:

I can't think of any negative points about the plugin as there have been no errors, no requirement to contact customer service and we've been using this quite happily for at least a year now with no issue.

I've been using Searchanise on my big commerce store for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for the search functionalities. The default search on BC was just wasn’t cutting it—customers couldn’t find half the stuff they were looking for, even when it was right there in the store. It has the ability to pick up spelling errors. It's a much more accurate in its findings than the default for BC. 3 ways to summarize: Fast, smart autocomplete suggestions, Easy setup and customization, more conversions.

Cons:

Limited features on the free plan. I will review back after a year and see if I have any other cons.

Best search service provider

It's a great experience almost last 3 years, though the journey with Searchanise more than 3 years. Specially their search result and search performance, Our sales has increased almost 2 times than previous.

Best search plugin for your Woocommerce website!

I found Searchanise randomly couple of years ago, they offered a generous 30 days free trial and after that I was hooked! Works great, fast and look professional. Very low maintenance too.

It's fast, it won't slow down my website and it's easy to set up! Works great with WooCommerce. You can also customize almost everything which is very nice!

Cons:

Nothing, it works perfect in every aspect! But I would have liked if it could work better with WPML multi lingual website. Maybe in the future!
