The interface looks nice, the format is easy to navigate both for me as Admin, as well as for Students/Clients, and the options and possibilities for media types are many. The DETAILED progress and even Habit Tracking, is something I've never seen in another product. #### Cons I don't like that group members enrolled in a program automatically see each other's presence and currently there is no way to turn this off. Currently I add/invite students manually and would like better integration options (through Pabbly, Konnectzit or other alternative integration) in future. #### Reasons for choosing upcoach The alternatives were either too complex, inadequate with tracking, inadequate for group/ membership management, or too expensive for the value. I have not found ANYTHING at any price that can do everything Upcoach does, as well as it does (Courses, Coaching, Goals, Tracking, Communication, Community). Upcoach is a complex and powerful system, but also easy to setup in a basic way to get started. --- ### V3 is Crazy Good! It REALLY boosts my client's learning experience and engagement with the platform #### Cons V.3 just came recently and it's adressed most of my challenges I had with upcoach before. I recently just connected MCP to my Upcoach Account through claude, and it generated an entire community layout, curriculim, and exercises/journal sheets before my eyes. I have never ever seen this in an LMS platform, let alone a highly-intensive coaching platform. #### Reasons for choosing upcoach Ucoach has better coaching and metrics for actually tracking and improving progress. Still dont see that in any other LMS suite #### Reasons for switching to upcoach It wasn't the right use case for group coaching or running intensives. #### Vendor response Jake, thank you for taking the time to write this, and for being part of upcoach for more than two years. It means a lot that upcoach 3.0 and the MCP integration are landing this well. We built MCP support specifically so coaches and trainers could use the LLM they already trust (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to work with their own program data. What you described, generating a community layout, curriculum, and journal sheets through Claude in one session, is exactly one of the use cases we hoped people would unlock. Your point about coaching, training, and metrics for tracking and improving progress sits at the heart of what we are building toward. That layer will keep deepening, with more on the way. Smart documents are a stroke of genius too. You can create multiple types of programs that use common building blocks and the extra apps like the wheel of life are highly adaptable and great for capturing then and now scenarios (over and above the usual habit tracking). It allows your client to have their own area to see assignments, habits and progress - and can be a shared area if working with a cohort with shared objectives. Absolutely brilliant platform to support coaches and consultant. (It's also very reliable - never failed on me yet). #### Cons There has been a new UI released a few months ago which certainly helped to use the platform effectively - that said I think there are some jumps of logic when setting up programs for example, that could be better. With a tiny team, this made the onboarding and delivery of services so much more seamless, which means that I have capacity to take on additional client groups. I particularly love the one-stop-shop feel of Upcoach, with the inbuilt curriculum, agenda, join call button, smart docs for homework review, and extra document upload for client seeking feedback. It took me a minute to set up my portals, and the Upcoach team had plenty of helpful suggestions and documentation for me. This product is so well thought-through for a coach who holds multiple group programs at any one time. #### Cons The Upcoach team is always building and improving features that would enhance the user experience, like even better integrations with audio and mobile.
