We had hoped for a 50% participation rate and got 97%! The support from the HeiaHeia team was great, they promptly responded to all of our emails within one business day and were very responsive to our requests and comments. We found the app easy to use, engaging, and fun. Many of the participants are already looking forward to the next challenge, while others have shared gratitude for the impetus to move just a little bit more. The HeiaHeia teams recommendations for starting our first challenge were spot on. I loved the interaction with colleagues via chats, photo's, and the built in activity tracker. This app and all its features was very encouraging to people. Cons: The admin side could make setting rewards more intuitive for us to control, a few places that exporting to excel or sorting within the site could be useful. Also, making the radio button for posting pictures to the community wall a more prominent feature with the picture itself rather than having it buried down below would encourage more people to post to our wall. Reasons for choosing HeiaHeia Pricing was important, it seemed like yumuuv and heiaheia were super close and that heiaheia leaned more on the gameification of their app, albeit it was a very close bid between the two. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 3 Functionality Pros: Starting from the entries in HeiaHeia, we often got into the exchange with our colleagues during lunch breaks or at the coffee machine. A good point for the atmosphere in our office... Cons: The communication between my Garmin Connect App and the HeiaHeia App only works for activities, not for steps. So I had to add my daily steps by hand -- not so funny! Adding texts in the App on Android didn't work well, because the keyboard on the display always hides the text you're writing.
