Great app for customer loyalty and retention.

I found the Boomerangme in the summer of 2021. My goal was to find an app or service that would help my store increase customer loyalty through discount or cashback cards. My store offers different loyalty systems for B2B and B2C customers. B2B customers mostly get a discount when they order, and B2C customers get cashback on their purchases, which they can spend on future orders. Boomerangme covers all the needs in providing loyalty tools. I will not hide the fact that during the first week of using the service, I had to contact customer support several times to fix some small bugs, but the fixes were made either the same day or the next. Adminpanel allows you to create 6 different types of cards for any type of business. It takes a few minutes to set up the card. It is possible to create your own card design that attracts the attention of your customers in Apple Wallet or Android Wallet app.

Pros:

- Ease of use. - No need to train your store personnel. The service is very intuitive. - Quick loyalty card setup. - Sleek iOS and Android apps. - Unlimited push notifications. - Geofence push notifications.

Cons:

- Minor bugs ( mostly solved during the first week of use) - At the moment no way to add custom link in push notifications (my suggestion was added to the roadmap)

Great software for agencies

This platform is perfect for companies that work with small restaurants and other local businesses. Loyalty is an important pillar of marketing, but very few offer a white-label digital card system like this one, it's highly reliable

Ease of use and user interface, we can resell the service for local business of our countries and earn recurrent income.

Cons:

I think there are other options with better pricing. But these other options dont have white label, so I think Boomerangme is doing better job.

Digital couponing

It is a solid tool. If they keep making improvements in a few months it will be a necessary tool. How Agency. It is a product hook as useful or even more useful than a web design.

Pros:

Makes it easy to issue digital coupons. The main problem with coupons is the tracking problem. The platform gives valuable data for loyalty, also allows interaction.

Cons:

There are still some advanced designs and small details to polish to make it visual. Visuals rule. Nevertheless, it works and is innovative. If they work hard for a couple of months they will have a very solid product.

Boomerangme has the most features of any loyalty program I've used. I love that it integrates with so many other software and makes it easy to make them work together. The customer service is great and always available to help.

Cons:

The internal help documents could be better and I would like to have a step-by-step instruction process when setting up my first client.

Pros:

Loyalty Card or Carte de Fidelite ( as it could be called in french) has now a simple, intuitive and new way to be created, customized and distributed. The templates are nice and SIMPLE to use and customization is done with less complexity on the front end. Was really built for no code enthusiast. The option to upload your own file is great and the langage personalisation just a piece of cake. Mouah! I created my first card of 10 stamps and distributed to a tester in another corner of the world in less than 15 min in my hotel room ( including creating a logo-canva and adding it the header of the card, change the content langage in french. upload in my wallet, Hey... and I enjoyed the process and had fun too. I even tested the scanner.

Cons:

No enough data to be objective. For my knowledge and the test I run , the overall appreciation is great. Improvement will surely come with the upcoming new features deployment.

I recently started using Boomerangme for my business and it's been an absolute life-saver. The app is well designed, user-friendly, and extremely efficient in creating digital loyalty cards. An excellent loyalty card creator!

I most like that Boomerangme is very rich in features. The app provided various types of loyalty cards to create, from coupon, subscription, certificate, cashback and even stamp! For every type, there would be various options that I can select. For example, for coupon, I can select various levels of discount rate. For stamp, I can select various stamp life (lifetime, fixed time etc.). I also like that Boomerangme is available in various languages, including say Korea, Thai, Vietnamese etc. This makes it very easy to create international type, localized (familiar) loyalty programs for local and international customers. I also appreciate the UI and especially the UX of the app. The UI is very clean and UX is thoughtfully designed. polishedly designed.

Cons:

I don't really think of any cons for Boomerangme. Perhaps I wish I know Boomerangme earlier - this can make my life much easier then.
