What really stands out is the excellent customer service, there is always someone available on the live chat function if you have any issues or would like to change how something works. En Tinkerlist kan je zoveel overzichtelijke informatie in kwijt waardoor je een goed dossier opbouwt! But it's been a real asset for our production staff and has saved a lot of time and effort. The scripting software is easy to use and visually very simple to follow. Changes can be very quickly implemented, even while on air. The ability to upload content into the script gives everyone visibility and reduces errors. Overall, I can't imagine producing our online show without TinkerList anymore. We used to store stuff in Excel, Google Drive and other locations and now everything is in one place. The software is very easy to use, we streamlined scriptwriting and file storage and now everybody can collaborate on scripts in real-time. It also has some nice prompter integrations. #### Cons At first, it looked a bit overwhelming but we learned to use it pretty quickly.
