No incentive was offered It's been a great experience for me- I came off an old fragmented legacy infrastructure that was frankly held together with duct tape and baling wire. Many classic problems of the WordPress architecture just go away when moving to a modern infrastructure. I have had excellent customer support when I need to clarify things, and they are very open to feedback on features I am looking for. You can't ask for much more than that. I love the boosts features. As a legacy publisher, these were new for me and took a bit to get used to. I was coming off a WordPress, Thrivecart, Brevo combo platter. This is giving me all I need in one platform, which has been great. It will keep getting more and more robust over time, and the gains I have received so far more than make up for any features I am waiting for. #### Cons Email templates for newsletters would be nice just to make it easier to get started.
