Overall I think the system is excellent value for money. In my experience, HealthBox do not charge extra for support or developments, which other organisations seem to. They genuinely seem to want to help, and improve the system where they can to support their clients. Cons: As the system is newer than others, there are still developments going on, and improvements are still being made to support efficiency and automation. This can at times feel frustrating, that it isn't quite a finished system, however the journey I have had with HealthBox, working with them to develop areas of the system so it works for me, I would say is a benefit.
