Lors des devis que nous établissons nous offrons la possibilité aux clients de régler en plusieurs fois. J'ai sur toolcie la possibilité de réaliser des factures d'acomptes, intermédiaires, soldes et de suivre les paiements des clients (Exemple : Devis réglé à 25% / 40% etc) ! Possibilité de sortir les chiffres d'affaires avec plusieurs critères différents. Et possibilité d'avoir plusieurs entreprises avec un seul identifiant ce qui est pratique. La bascule d'une société à l'autre est simple et rapide. Pour l'envoi des factures et devis, possibilité d'utiliser l'adresse email de la société, ce qui rassure les clients. Cons: La recherche des clients par nom/prénom n'est pas pratique. J'ai de nombreux clients qui ne ressortent pas lors de la recherche manuelle. De ce fait je fais défiler ma liste de client pour sélectionner le client. Quand il n'y en a pas beaucoup (- de 120 ce que j'ai actuellement) cela se gère quand même relativement "facilement". Cons: I would prefer to have a more customizable templates for quotes and invoices or have us make a template and upload it on the software. it is missing a template or feature of SOAs (Statement of Account). It would be helpful if we could make a SOA of the existing invoices we made in the software. Celui-ci en ressort le moins cher et pour les même fonctions. Tu es très maniable personnalisable et modulable à souhait et très facile d'utilisation. Pour ma part j'utilise la version Pro qui est très complète. Il m'est arrivé d'avoir un problème de latence(rapidité) j'ai donc contacté le SAV qui a été très réactif problème résolu en 24 heures. Pour me remercier également de les aider dans leur recherche du problème et de les avoir prévenu, ils m'ont offert deux mois supplémentaires.
