Les résultats attendues sont visibles : Adhésion des Opérateurs et des équipes techniques à l'outil, suppression du papier & Excel, gains rapides de TRG (travail sur les µ-arrêts ou l'organisation des équipes, ...), visibilité & précisions sur les actions à mener pour faire progresser les îlots de production. L'outil est d'abord très utile au quotidien (bilan & analyse des dernières 24H) pour maintenir le niveau de TRG et réagir en cas d'anomalie. Niveau de support technique Adaptabilité de l'outil aux différentes configurations des machines : machines avec cadence & machines sans cadence (étuves, ...), mode multi-machines, possibilités de configuration avec les entrées analogiques #### Cons Il nous manque quelques fonctionnalités pour approfondir certains points techniques, ou pour faciliter l'utilisation au quotidien.
