Unfortunately we found it too restrictive and times, and at other times, not restrictive enough. We received little support working with them and eventually moved onto another product. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 2 Value for money 3 Customer support 2 Functionality Pros: AutoElevate was very black & white in what it does. It allows or it doesn't. Cons: Unfortunately there is a lot of grey area when it comes to application whitelisting and at the time we used AutoElevate it did not have a lot of features beyond whitelisting & blacklisting.
