If setup correctly, it works very well allowing secure, follow me and direct printing. There are built in dashboards that are very useful if you want to track the usage and costs, but also the status of your printers. It will take a bit to set it up right and you have to know your network well, but once done it will just work, the only maintenance you have to do is add/remove users and printers. Support is also very responsive; they will diligently address your concerns/issues and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the resolution. It's a clean interface that is easy for anyone to pick up and use.
