Pros:

Voor een van mijn opdrachtgegevers ben ik in contact gekomen met Engaige. De opdrachtgever zit midden in een enorme groei en daar komen natuurlijk ook de nodige uitdagingen bij kijken. Een daarvan is het snel opschalen van hun klantenservice terwijl de service kwaliteit behouden blijft. Met het generatieve AI-platform voor klantenondersteuning van Engaige hebben we dit probleem niet alleen direct weten te tackelen, maar hebben we daarnaast ook een mooie groei in sales gezien door 24/7 klantenservice aan te kunnen bieden, zonder dat hier een medewerker aan te pas hoeft te komen. Een absolute must dus voor grote en snel groeiende ondernemingen!

Cons:

Tot nu toe heb ik geen minpunten kunnen vinden. We zijn echt onder de indruk van de software van Engaige en kijken ernaar uit om steeds intensiever gebruik te gaan maken hiervan.
