It helps to simplify the process instead of scrolling back through texts and emails. Cons: I wish there was a feature for a "scheduled send", similar to email. During the workday, I often feel flooded with day to day tasks I need to accomplish being in on the field with employees, but I like to reflect and draft up shout outs, etc after the employees leave. I do not want to bother them past work hours on their personal devices with the messages from Secchi. Secchi allows you to not have to go to paper file folders. Everything you need to know about an employee is in one location. The program itself is only as good as the user that builds it. If you don't put the information in the system you as a manager don't have it. I love the fact that every manager is held accountable for the input of their employees information.
