Pros:

Skima has improved the recruitment process. Locating and shortlisting candidates were made quicker and more accurate by the capabilities of the artificial intelligence resume Parser and artificial intelligence job description generator. The Artificial Intelligence Matching Score helps us see the pleasant-healthy applicants very quickly. We will be able to manage the whole hiring procedure smoothly thanks to the seamless integration of the ATS into the platform. Skima has a variety of powerful features that can be used for modern recruitment needs. Their customer service team is usually ready to remedy queries, which makes a big difference in every day operations.

Cons:

The platform could be nicer. Enhancement of ease of use might make the general experience better for first time customers.

Pros:

Skima a different features like AI MAtching Score,AI Resume Parser and Ai Job Description Generator which helped in faster search of the candidates applied for the job and Available in our resume database using different parameters ranking those candidates finding out the who will be the right candidtes for the job in our organisation.

Cons:

Skima need's to increase scaliblity issue but i feel that they will do it in coming days.
