Pros:

Les modalités de passage aux examens. Notamment le fait de pouvoir passer les tests en ligne et à l'aide du logiciel de surveillance. Cela facilite l'organisation pour préparer les examens. Et surtout les candidats en sont ravis car il n'ont pas besoin de se déplacer ni de faire face à un jury en visio. En pratique ils sont donc beaucoup plus enclins à passer leur examen.

Cons:

Peut-être l'impossibilité de récupérer les crédits attribués à des candidats après 30 jours ? Cela était possible auparavant et semblait juste que de pouvoir les attribuer à un autre candidat au lieu de les perdre. Les organismes de formations sont certes dans l'oblligation de faciliter les passages aux examens dans les cas de financements publics mais ne peuvent pour autant pas assurer 100% de taux de passage malgré les nombreuses relances effectuées.

The test provides a clear insight of what the candidate knows and can do.

Cons:

We had difficulty getting our procedures established for testing candidates. This was not the fault of Isograd.

Facilité d'utilisation, l'expérience est fluide, on ajoute le compte, envoi le mail et c'est tout, pareil pour la e-surveillance.

Cons:

Pas toujours à jour pour certaines questions, mais l'informatique va tellement vite ! il faudrait les actualiser un peu plus souvent.

J'ai apprécié la réactivité de l'équipe. Ils sont toujours présents quand nous devons mettre en place le mode plein écran et c'est très appréciable.

Cons:

Le mode qui permet de se passer du mode plein écran est compliqué à mettre en place sur les ordinateurs. Si quelque chose de plus simple pouvait être trouvé ce serait top.

Pros:

Isograd offers a large catalog of subjects to be assessed, all with a very large subset of questions. And many types of questions are also available (multiple choice, sandbox, audio/video, etc.). But its real strength is its continuous assessment system offering on the fly increasingly complex or simple questions depending on the level of the examinee which guarantee a very thorough and accurate evaluation of his level.

Cons:

As its bounds to happen with a SaaS of this size, bug do happen from time to time. Personally, I've only encountered them in the form of a few non-working questions during tests. What I really like about Isograd is that the system is reliable and well designed ; if it detects that something wrong happened, it will first try a similar kind question and if the problem persists switch to an different question about the same subject. So that the negative impact of this kind of technical issues for the examinee is almost always minimal.

Easy to use and efficient

We use the Isograd “TOSA” platform since the end of 2021. Indeed, as we recruit very different profiles in many different countries, especially in Africa, having this kind of tool allow us to determine the level of candidates on different topics. We have selected various tests (office tools, general knowledge of new technologies), which gives us a homogeneous view of candidates on these subjects. We appreciate the simplicity of the interface, for us and for the candidates, as well as the relationship with our Isograd contacts.
