It doesn't penalize customers or business with constant fees when using bank account payments. The initial setup was also very easy making the transition from Quickbooks smooth and hassle free. #### Cons I have no dislikes at this time. Payments are processed quickly, and the sync works great with QBO. Payments at most take 2 days which is great. #### Cons There is nothing I don't like about Nickel, everything is working great so far. Unlike BILL, Nickel responds within a hour to support issues, their platform is super easy to use, and they do not charge PER transaction fee on top of being a SUPER LOW monthly rate. NICKEL IS THE BEST!!!!!!! Avoid BILL at ALL costs. #### Cons Con is that I tried BILL.com first... I should have never used them... EVER.
