What previously required hours of manually stuffing name badges can now be completed much more quickly and efficiently. The name badge software is incredibly easy to navigate, and printing badges is a quick and seamless process. Before using Results@Hand, we spent hours manually stuffing name badges for our events. Being able to print everything directly onto the badges has saved our team a significant amount of time and made event preparation much more efficient. It has simplified our entire name badge process and has been a great tool for our events! #### Cons At this time, we have not experienced any significant drawbacks with Results@Hand. I appreciated their assistance uploading information into the app, and also helping plan the layout of the app for our conference event. Loved that participants could get their CEU certificates after the meeting. #### Cons Not a lot of information for participants to navigate the application, so that can cause some problems during the meeting as some people aren’t as tech savvy. While the app overall was user-friendly, there were moments when it took a few extra clicks to find the exact information I needed, which slowed me down during busy parts of the event. In addition, there were occasions when the app loaded a little slowly, which made it slightly less convenient in the moment. Accessing session materials afterward could also have been easier, as I sometimes had to search longer than expected. Mobile event apps are also effective in boosting engagement for everyone and improving ROI #### Cons The thing I liked least about Results@Hand is that the interface wasn’t very easy to use at first, especially for new users. This is appropriately priced for the non-profit space with sufficient capabilities for non-profit events of multiple scales. They provide ample training materials so that an individual with no app experience can manage a whole app for a conference. #### Cons We used their onsite badge printing, and the only issue we had was that the tablets for the printing kiosks would not connect to the hotel WiFi since the tablets were programmed to block external sites like Google Chrome. They always go the extra mile for their clients. The first is the people behind the company and the app. I've never felt as if my issue was too small to be dealt with and each time I had an issue, it was handled very quickly. We initially began using the platform for event and continuing education tracking, and it has made those processes much easier for our staff to manage. As we have learned more about the platform, we have also realized there are additional tools that could help us streamline other areas of our organization. One of the biggest positives has been the Results at Hand team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to understand what we are trying to accomplish rather than simply telling us how the software works. When we have questions or are trying to determine the best way to handle a process, they are very willing to work through it with us. I would absolutely recommend Results at Hand, particularly for associations or organizations managing events, continuing education, and member engagement.
