My administrative tasks are completely a one gal show and having your team behind me has been the best decision we have made this year. I don't have to worry about our payroll taxes, the payroll entry is simple, and the software is very user friendly. Not to mention if I ever have any questions you respond almost immediately and always respond in the most friendly manner. Cons: The only thing that could improve is the timeliness of payroll being deposited. Some days its a day before payday and other times its the day of. QuickBooks would pay people 2 days early which was really nice and it was always that way so our employees could count on that. Reasons for switching to WorkSight Quickbooks was expensive and Paylogics software was extremely hard to navigate and visually displeasing.
