"Some hurdles had to be jumped initially, but now we are running a very slick system that controls all our business processes with lots of room for expansion and continuous improvement in most area's."

"The PM we had at the time was fantastic and supported us all the way through and did everything in his power to get us live on time. When we did Go-Live the support was fantastic we had Epicor engineers on site helping make sure the system was functioning as it should and since then we haven’t looked back."

"Inherent internal control risks from a disbursements standpoint; the data structure behind address management (linked addresses for customer/supplier/vendor profiles) is good in theory but creates issues in practice when you need to modify the address for one record but not all"

"It is way too much money for what you get and pushing people to the cloud where they have to spend tens of thousands more dollars, but get "free stuff" like wireless warehouse that we will not use is very frustrating."

"I was not a fan of how long it takes for reports to be downloaded from the Epicor system, the system seems to freeze while waiting for reports to be completed."
