Working in Web development poses it's challenges in terms of documentation and raising of bugs during QA, but quality hive makes it seriously easy even for big ecommerce builds, ensuring nothing is lost/missed. Great userface, reasonable price and their customer service is second to none as well. Cons: I cannot comment on what I like the least, it's a great system and have already recommended it to others.
