No incentive was offered My Freepik experience is very good I used many websites, but Freepik provides very fast and satisfying service I am very satisfied with Freepik, and as a Graphic Designer, I like Freepik AI very much #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros the best thing about Freepik AI is the different variations of AI-generated images and high-quality images which allow users to quickly create custom images best part is that it includes a prompt that shows many variants of our content and then we need only related to our content they show include prompt feature. #### Cons Freepik social media template was not so engaging I think Freepik needs to improve its social media post template design and color theme of templates. --- ### Freepik, nifty rabbit out of the hat - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Rumbani N. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Media Production - Company size: 2-10 employees - Product usage: Used monthly for less than 2 years - Reviewed: January 2025 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered Freepik was and is a lifesaving tool for designers when you're in a bind and need assets to help speed up your workflow. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros When i was struggling with finding digital assets for my graphic design work, as God would have it, i stumbled on Freepik and in a short space of time, it changed how I work. I found majority of templates, stock photos and videos I needed to speed up my workflow. The ease of use, being able to filter out what type of assets and whether they were free or not sped up the searching and now they've even added AI gen features. There's more to love about this website now. #### Cons The font library is still being populated so I find myself going elsewhere to find the fonts I need. --- ### PSA: Magnific cancelled my paid annual plan by mistake, then permanently blocked my account. Back up your files. - Overall rating: 1/5 - Reviewer: Jonathan B. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Fine Art - Company size: 2-10 employees - Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years - Reviewed: September 2026 - Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered I'm a filmmaker and long-time paid subscriber to what was originally called Freepik and is now Magnific. This month Magnific responded to a support request by cancelling my paid annual subscription, and ultimately permanently blocked my account, which holds years of work I created with my paid plan. It all started when Magnific made an unauthorized $32 automatic "top-off" charge on my account. I wrote to their support and asked for the $32 to be refunded. Instead, Magnific cancelled my entire paid annual subscription and deleted all my remaining credits. When I contacted support again, Magnific confirmed in writing that my annual subscription "was cancelled as part of the previous refund process", said it could not be reinstated, and said it had processed a partial refund, which I never received. They told me to sign up for a new subscription that costs more and has fewer features than the one I had already paid for. The promised refund never arrived. I opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Magnific then changed its explanation three times: first it blamed an unspecified "security incident", then it suspended my account "due to an ongoing dispute", and finally it alleged an unspecified Terms of Use violation, permanently blocked my account, and stated I am "not eligible for a refund". It has given no facts to support any violation, because there were no violations. I paid for twelve months of service. Magnific ended the service by its own error after six months, refused to restore it, and has not paid the refund it promised. It has now permanently blocked my account, which cuts off all access to the service and to the thousands of images and videos I created with my paid subscription over several years. I have no access to anything I paid for. I have every email from their support team saved, and everything quoted above is word for word from them. If you use Magnific for real work, back up everything you make somewhere else. Don't assume your library will be there tomorrow. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 1/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros It was a good deal when it was Freepik. Since becoming Magnific they have charged more for and provided fewer benefits for the subscriptions. It is now among the more expensive options. #### Cons They deleted my account in petty act of vindictiveness because I requested their support with an issue, blocking my access to years of work that I had paid for. --- Showing 1 - 3 of 3 Reviews ## Other Top Recommended AI Video Generator Software [Canva](https://www.softwareadvice.com/graphic-design/canva-profile/) **4.7** (13459) Recently recommended **0** times [Adobe Creative Cloud](https://www.softwareadvice.com/video-editing/adobe-creative-cloud-profile/) **4.7** (7346) Recently recommended **0** times [Powtoon](https://www.softwareadvice.com/video-management/powtoon-profile/) **4.5** (429) Recently recommended **0** times [invideo](https://www.softwareadvice.com/video-making/invideo-profile/) **4.5** (417) Recently recommended **0** times Stuck Between Options?
